Client Terms & Policies

Clear, fair, and transparent policies for all our tutoring services

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in advance of each session or package, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit card, or other agreed methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
  • If I (the tutor) need to cancel, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a make-up session or full refund.

3. Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
  • Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 1 week of the original date or the session may be forfeited.

4. Refunds

  • Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed.
  • Prepaid packages (e.g., 5 or 10 sessions) are refundable only for unused sessions, minus any discounts applied.
  • Refund requests must be made within 1 week of purchase.

5. Late Arrival / No-Show

  • If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients' bookings.
  • No-shows (15+ minutes late without notice) will be considered a missed session and are non-refundable.

6. Technical Issues

  • If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on my side, I will provide a make-up session.
  • Please ensure your internet connection and software are working before the session; disruptions on the client's end may count as a missed session.
  • Client Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
